Plenty of weight calculator apps out there where you enter your height, weight, and goal weight, and they tell you how many calories you need to consume to lose weight. I lost 40 lbs and I’ve kept it off for 3 years now, but I still get to eat cookies and ice cream on a regular basis – what more could you want?
I only work out three days a week, for 30-45 minutes. Other than that I just walk and make sure I don’t spend too much time on my butt. I traded hours of Netflix and PC gaming for active hobbies.
